Our Story: Born out of a Critical Need
Pinnacle Interpretation Services was officially established on May 24, 2010, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Our founders, a group of seasoned conference management and translation professionals, observed a recurring failure in the regional event industry: major international summits and corporate conferences were consistently undermined by logistics fragmentation. Organizers were forced to source digital interpretation equipment from one supplier, hire interpreters from another, and contract a third-party agency to manage guest protocols and secretariat desks. The inevitable result was miscommunication, technical incompatibility, and administrative chaos at the last minute.
Pinnacle Interpretation Services was engineered specifically to solve this problem. We built a unified language and event logistics company capable of delivering state-of-the-art, fully digital interpretation systems, elite professional linguists, and total conference management under a single, accountable contract.
Over the past fifteen years, this model has positioned us as East Africa’s premier partner for high-level meetings. We have supported statutory sessions of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the African Union Commission (AUC), coordinated regional workshops for United Nations agencies, and facilitated diplomatic functions for various government entities. We do not simply drop off equipment and leave. Our technical supervisors and language coordinators remain present at your venue throughout the entire event, monitoring audio frequencies, assisting delegates with headsets, and ensuring seamless transitions.
